#asktheexpert my son is 8months old.. what should I give him in solids??

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby home made semi solid and fresh fruits and vegetables along with breastfeeding.. add dal. soup, khichdi, daliya, rgi porridge, potatoes, apple, carrot, and banana. also add one egg after completion of eight months.
