#asktheexpert My son is 7 years old.he constantly falls sick and was detected by dengue two weeks back.what foods should I give him now.

A. hi parent please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash please give fresh fruit and veggies please give daily sun light exposure please keep your child well hydrated please give proper rest please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
