#AskTheExpert my son is 7 months old what type food should I give? please give me good diet plan for my son,because I am more confuse regarding food for my son.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom would at this age recommend to give semi Solids and mashed consistency foods to the baby , and liquids as well and Alternate it with your feed would be ideal
