#asktheexpert my son is 7 month old what are the food items we can introduce to him and can we add salt or sugar in food

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please do not give salt and sugar to the baby as it might harm baby’s kidneys. Give semi solid foods like bananas and mashed potatoes and mashed apples to the baby. Please give suji kheer and daal paani to the baby.
