#asktheexpert My son is 6 months old now so what all can I feed him and also about milk

A. Hai good morning !! As baby is 6 months old start semi solid foods - Cerelac,fruit,vegetable puriees,mashes,kichdi once a day rest of the day milk either breast milk or formula milk. Avoid sugar,salt,oil,honey in baby foods ,only use ghee,unsalted butter check suitability of every new food item.
