#AskTheExpert My son is 6 month old. is it right time introduce milk? and external food? please guide.

A. Hi, Yeah! This is best time to wean the baby. Start with dal water veggie water rice water coconut water etc and gradually give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc. Continue breastfeeding till 1 year and then after introduce cow's milk.
