#AskTheExpert my son is 5 months old but he is not doing stool from 7 day and I also consult with doctor he given medicine than not use. He say not problem. Before he doing normaly two time stool in a day. Medicine Colipax Drops Ceefix kid.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he has not passed stools since last 7 days so stop your medicine and just give him enough milk and use soap stick or glycerin syringe at his rectum

A. this type of baby not passing stool after one week also very common after the age of 6 months once baby is 6 month start giving some water to drink and adequate fruits like mango papaya banana to avoid constipation
