#AskTheExpert my son is 5 month old.which formula feed I can give.breast feed also I am given.can I start weaning.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can start weaning foods for him now on as he is 5 months old and he is eligible for liquids to start with such as vegetable soups , fresh fruit juices, dal water or rice water etc and from the age of 6 months solids can be introduced
