#asktheexpert My son is 4months 19 days old, he is having cough and cold since yesterday night, with runny nose. although I have given him Zeal drops by VASU, yet i am a lille anxious to ask any medicine for quick relief

Use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Give adequate feeding
BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally
Take a good care
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Try to keep head up position while feeding
