Q.

#asktheexpert my son Is 4 years old. he can read write and recognise letters but he tends to forget the same thing done multiple times. why is it so?

A. Hello dear parent! Do not force your child. Make learning as a fun activity and involve your child wholeheartedly. Give small small learning activities to encourage your child. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
