Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. not possible to tell without physical examination generally it can be infection or deficiency of vitamins Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Atogla Or calamine lotion can be applied over there I would like to tell you I am not able to see any attachment but if the pimples are happening then that could be due to either dryness in the skin or heat in the body so you can apply either of them
