ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. this needs check up in proper ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

As ur baby is 3 years and above now, consult with the speech therapist for the same as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby.
If baby does not speak by three years, then need proper evaluation of the baby.
