#AskTheExpert my son is 3 yrs 3 months. but he is not speaking properly . few one word he is speaking. I am conversing with him but he is not able to speak . he doesn't like roti daal chawal sabzi. only like milk mango and banana chocolates

Give your time and attention
Do lots of fun activities together
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
