For strengthening muscles give food rich in protein like egg fish meat chicken soya lentils sprouts etc.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, sweet potato etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
