#asktheexpert my son is 3 year old and he has cough since 4 days and it increases during night times also he has mild fever. what to do

A. Start giving one teaspoon honey mixed euth few drops of tulsi and few drops of ginger and a pinch of black pepper twice a day for five days and give Crocin syrup to the baby
