A. hi mam , mostly it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet. so , please keep your child well hydrated. give food like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, sesame seeds , flax seeds , fruits etc more avoid giving bakery food items. you can prepare juice of soaked Black raisins ,it will work as natural laxative.
