#AskTheExpert My Son is 2years and 9m old he’s severe constipation problem since 1month. Nor he’s eating properly. He’s passing very dry stool and painful does it in potions. Dr suggested Emty-Peg

prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables
offer lukewarm water every hour

Constipation is very common in babies in such case you should add more fibre food in babies regular diet plan and you should start giving papaya and pineapple regularly to your baby. You should also give 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day it will help in maintaining babies digestion
