Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this... it looks like some urine infection need to get a urine test done

it is happened due to urinary tract infection
please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet it is very helpful
please if necessary consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
