#AskTheExpert my son is 2m n he sleeps with his neck on left and he has a slight flat head on the left, thinking of getting a pillow, kindly suggest which pillow would be better or helpful mustard pillow or neck pillow

A. Flat head in Babies is very commonly seen mostly on one side initially when the baby is not flipping on the sides in the first few months . so because of the continuous pressure over the soft skull bones such flattening can be there . This normalises by itself gradually when the skull grows in size and shape with age . No mustard seed pillow or any such kind of intervention like mjkyassage is required and doesnot help for the corrrection .there is nothing to worry at all.
