#AskTheExpert My son is 21 months old. He is lean and weighs onky 10kg. His height is 83 cm. He is very active, eats well. But his weight is not increasing and he has not started speaking proper words. 2 or 3 words maximum. Kindly guide what we can do.

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, try giving calorie dense foods like fruit milkshakes, multigrain porridge, boiled egg, boiled corn, boiled sweet potato, banana, nuts and dry fruits, ghee idli etc one by one

Speaking wise baby is doing good. Keep talking more with the baby. Give weight gaining food like paneer oats eggs pulses rice ghee in dal cheese mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree etc.
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chhuhare kishmish to baby.
