Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is 2 years 3 month old and his sleeping cycle is irregular ..pls advice me how can I overcome this problem.He hardly sleep 6 hours in 24 hours and his sleeping time is not fixed.

A. uhv There is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to a particular sleeping pattern no need to worry about this at present if the baby is taking feeding properly and otherwise active

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becojimes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comgfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
