#AskTheExpert my son is 1yr old still wakesup for every 2hrs for feeding...he doesn't sleep well. he won't get into sleep without feeding.. i want to reduce feeding

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you can plan one feed at a time , and reduce it , now as per his age he can be given family foods and also animal or plant source milk you prefer.
And replace it with your milk .
Give him a filling dinner and milk at bed time .
