#asktheexpert my son is 10 yrs old and he's not gaining height having proper nutritious diet and physical activities too but no result,what should I do.Is there any syrup or tablets

A. u cn give calcium.supplements consulting the doctor give proteins cereals whole grains milk and dairy products... involve in physical exercies activites as stretching hanging
