Sleep pattern of babies is variable proper sleep schedule of the baby will be able to be established only after 6 month of age in the initial one to two months the baby will sleep for about 14 to 16 hours minimum and slowly the time will reduce with age
Every baby baby has its own sleeping pattern,so to make the baby have a sound sleep you need to make sure that the baby has fed well and is in comfortable position and surrounding temperature. Fix a regular time for feeding and sleeping to m+mbaintain regularity of the cycle.
Avoid noise and light around during sleeping and also avoid excess screen time.
SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, give five semisolid feed in a day with a gap of four hours between each solid feed and minimum two hours of gap to liquid feed. Make a timetable so that it will be easy for you to cover different type of fruits and veggies and follow a food pattern. Once tummy is full, baby will start sleeping on time. Also make sure you’re putting baby to sleep in a particular time so follow a pattern it will take a couple of weeks for Baby to get adjusted to it.
