My son having low grade fever 99.0 - 100.0 from yesterday, we have given calpol to him and after that fever is gone but after 8 hourly it is coming back with mild temperature. how many days we need to observe.

no need to worry baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. 
Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies.
Can give drops paracetamol like  calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours .
