#AskTheExpert my son have reflaxe issue .how it will reduce.and he lectose intolerant .so can I give him normal milk I m giving him lectose free milk from last 3 year . should I give normal milk

its quite difficult to tell anything without examination of the child

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please add ajwain ark in your baby diet on daily basis and also it is better to avoid normal milk and if you want to start normal milk then better to evaluate and consult the doctor once in person.
