#asktheexpert my son have problem of cough and sneeze 🤧after every travel.. pls refer some home remides for this problem..

please do the following things:
please keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
you can give Tulsi leaves with pinch of turmeric powder ,salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene.
