#asktheexpert my son had running nose from last two days, last night he was not able to sleep due to a blocked nose. had given him the Nasal drops but still he couldn't sleep properly waking up in every 5 mins... plse suggest he is 17 month old.

A. hi parent please give luck warm water for drinking please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relif roll on please give daily sun light exposure please give cup of warm milk with haldi and pinch of salt twice a day
