first ,I advise to maintain good hydration throughout the day
it is very important
give two spoons of Luke warm water at regular intervals of 2 hours.
avoid giving oily spicy,cold and sugary food items
give mixture of jeggary, pinch of turmeric powder and dry ginger powder daily twice in a day
