A. If baby is not drinking cow milk, you try mixing some fruit puree or dry fruit powder to enhance the taste. Even if baby does not druink, yes you can give formula milk Stage 3. But alongside, keep feeding foods made with cow milk like curd, buttermilk, kheer, oats, custard, paneer, dalia, etc. so that he develops taste for it slowly.
