Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy9 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Spitting up milk happens due to improper burping,burp well after every feed by holding baby in upright position.
If baby tummy looks round,takes feed completely without fussyness ,gains weight then feeding is sufficient.
If you feel lighter in breasts,no leakage,baby cries or irritates even after feeding 20-25 minutes ,no weight gain or less weight gain then it signifies low milk production.
Have more water,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic,milk,bread toast,rusk helps in good milk production.
