#AskTheExpert My LO has diarrhea since wed noon. very watery and frequent. he is asking for food all the time what is best food for him. banana, moong dal khichadi, bread, upma is what he has eaten

Other than milk you can give anything to the child and when you talk about best food specially during the loose motions it is banana and curd so these things are definitely good enough for you to go ahead with and checking with your doctor is most important
