#AskTheExpert my little Champ has constipation like symptoms when she goes for toilet she is exerting lot of force to remove her stool...please suggest me whats is the best thing to control this problem

A. baby is 10 Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
