#AskTheExpert my kid is 3 and a half month old, from past few days she had sort of constipation, she cried while poop, and applied so much pressure to poop, what should be done???

A. constipation and gas problem is very normal in the newborn babies just give your baby good massage with warm oil on his stomach clockwise and anticlockwise position and give him Tummy time daily do exercise with his legs in a cycling form apply hing water around his navel but not in the Navel as well apply mustard oil on the place of passing motion
