Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is not possible to tell simply buy flapping in the hands baby is having autism we need to examine your logically for the baby to do in your opinion .

Hi Who says if a child is flapping the hands that the child is autistic it’s not like that there are lot of things associated with autism it is not only flapping of hands you have to look for other signs also because if your child is not responding to name not making eye contact then it could be a possibility but it is not necessary that if your child is flapping the hands and then your child is autistic
