rashes can be due to many reasons
take care about hydration and hygiene.
use soft clothing

This can be due to heat and sweating.
Make ur baby wear loose comfortable clothes in summers.
Apply candid dusting powder on the skin.
This will help to give relief.
If no improvement then consult your doctor for the same.
