#AskTheExpert my kid 3 years old is having fever, cough and running nose from last 3 days. gane paracetemol and zextil syrup but no improvement. please suggest

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. Running nose and cold mostly is due to only seasonal variation . Steam can be given for this at home and if it is trouble some then montair LC can be given 2 times in a day .
