Q.
#asktheexpert my daughters age just 1yr...she has cold and runny nose with snoring..thats why she can't sleep at night peacefully.. evrytime when she try to sleep her nose is blocking..we try cough syrup, nose aspirator etc (dr suggest) ..... bt nothing can help.. what can i do?... plz give me some suggestion and home remedies..... thank u

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics anfd decongestants .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines likde sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
