#asktheexpert my daughter turned 18 months and stopped eating solid foods. just drinking cow milk almost 1 liter per day. just want to eat chocolate. I am worried about her health. weight is 12 kg. please suggest any vitamins and food chart.

A. hello mom, let your child eat her food with all family members so that she will understand importance of food..give different variety of food to your child like porridges, soft idli dosa, multigrain laddu, different seasonal fruits and vegetables..
