#AskTheExpert my daughter sleeps very less nowadays.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to teething problems b. Pain during teething is common along with some irritation and salivation . Just give teether and vitamin D supplement like D 3 Must drop 1 ml . No other medicine.

Their sleeping pattern changes as she grows .
But make sure she's getting about twelve to fourteen hours of sleep
If she's not taking that much sleep , please consult your pediatrician inl person to investigate the cause of her lack of sleep
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
