Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it happens because of Infection or nutritional deficiencies so first on tongue and cut , apply turmeric powder ,it has soothing property which definitely help to cure it faster. give soft food items like khichdi rice fruits etc
