#asktheexpert My daughter poop was so hard to pee can u please tell me why? How to cure the problem.

A. Its lack of water, during food intake time give the food in hot or warm condition which will be helpful for easy digestion. Constipation only causing by lack of water, more water intake must be there. Moreover the child may forget to take the water due to playful nature of the child.
