#AskTheExpert my daughter just turned two. I was giving her toned milk & i feed of lactogen 4 at night. Shall i change anything moving forward?

A. baby is 2 years continue with cows milk Cows milk or buffalo s milk can be given from 1 year of age till then it's advisable to get ve breast milk or formula feed you can also add sugar or dry fruit powder in the milk after 1 year

A. hi as a child is 2 year old,I advise to give external milk like cow's milk to your child it is safe and easily digestible compare to other type of milk. so I advise to give cow's A2 milk
