#asktheexpert my daughter is thin even after having good quality and quality of home cooked food. I do not use any health drink with milk. Any suggestions how she can gain weight?

A. dear mum, do not go by the appearance of ur child. for healthy weight gain, give protein rich foods like eggs, non veg foods, pulses, legumes, milk, curd, paneer, cheese.
