Hi And kids do not respond to their name they do not make an eye contact properly then it can be a silent sometimes for lack of iron in the body but mostly it is associated with age growth with the child is behind the right age growth and sometimes due to mild autism as well kindly consult a psychologist for your child a child psychologist would be able to give you a clear picture on this
