What kind of an enlarged ball are you talking about that’s not clear but yes looks like some kind of a problem that’s in the nose you should get examined with an ENT doctor once because they have an expertise in the area they’re going to check and figure out what kind of a large ball are you talking about and then they can treat the child according to
