Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is having slight vomiting since yesterday (mucus like). and nauseous. i gave domperidone oral drops twice today. no other symptoms. what could be the possible causes? will she be ok if i continue medication?

A. after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet remain in contact with your doctor

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Continue breastfeeding your baby. Give easily digestible homemade healthy foods. If the problem is persistent then consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Use Babyhug tummy roll on.
