#asktheexpert My daughter is getting cough and cold every 2_3 months is there any vaccine and specific changes to her diet I can give to her.

A. Avoid processed n junk foods… like chocolates biscuits sweets etc.. avoid maida n sugars also.. use organic jaggery instead of sugar she will be better
