Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is consuming too much milk at night. around 1 litre of 1:1 milk to water ratio per night. she wakes up around 5 to 6 times over night. her mother is not having Sufficient and sound sleep pattern. we can feed her the milk in the day time but she will not sufficient solid food. How to address this issues. she is an active kid and her sleep quota in the day time is just 2 h and her night sleep quota is around 8h approximately.

A. reduce the amount of milk you feed ur baby, no need to give diluted milk, can try ti guce water instead of milk in night. do evening massage, give good amount of solids in day time
