#asktheexpert my daughter is 9 months old. she is formula fed from the day one. actually am little concerned about her health. every body is saying formula is not good can you suggest one good formula and also healthy food diet for brain development

there is nothing like that
if it is not possible to give breasfeeding,it is ok to offer formulafeeds
don't worry
for Healthy growth, give homemade freshly cooked food
prepare different food items from different food groups like vegetables fruit pulses etc
